Invitation to general meeting

The annual general meeting of the society will be organized in Tampere on Saturday Dec 5th starting 3 pm.

The meeting will be held at restaurant Teerenpeli. We wish all members welcome to the annual meeting!


Due to the current pandemic situation, a hybrid approach is taken for the event – it is possible to participate either on location or remotely. The number of people that can participate on location will be limited.

To help us predict how many members wish to participate on location, we ask everyone to register for the meeting via an online form which will be provided later by e-mail for all members along with additional info on the event.

Please come to the meeting on location only if you are completely healthy! We kindly ask all participants, also those attending remotely, to please be on time so that we are able to verify everyone’s identity and start the meeting on time at 15:00.

Agenda of the meeting

Agenda has been sent to members via e-mail. The agenda includes the approval of financial statements and annual activity report for 2019, and of the budget and the activity plan for 2021. In addition, a new chairman and new board members will be selected for the society. If you are interested in joining the board, please contact the chairman or the board in beforehand. Furthermore, there will be a vote regarding the annual membership fees. Now is your chance to use your voting right and participate!

Pikkujoulut / Christmas party

Having a christmas party after the annual meeting has become somewhat of a tradition. However, to be able to comply with the current recommendations from health authorities, the concept of the event needs to be modified. The maximum number of participants has been reduced and there are some changes to the organization of the event, compared to previous years. More info about the event and about the registration will be provided by e-mail soon.
